Michael Senger
CEO & StoneMass FounderMichael Senger is an energetic, results-oriented Senior Marketing Professional with almost 15 years experience in both online marketing and marketing communications. Prior to StoneMass, Michael successfully led the launch of BlendStream, a web marketing firm. Michael also was the Sr. Manager, Web Strategy at both Websense and Modern Postcard where he developed the online strategy supporting the company's business objectives.
Prior to that, Michael spent 8 years at Symantec, directing their Global Online Marketing initiatives leading a diverse global team of matrixed team leaders and digital/online agencies leading to successful global results. He was a recipient of numerous awards including "Best E-Zine Website" by the Web Marketing Association and "2005 ClickZ Marketing Excellence" Award for Internet marketing programs targeting the Executive level IT audience.
Michael also served as Board President for the San Diego Direct Marketing Association. The San Diego Direct Marketing Association (SDDMA)-one of the industry's most respected marketing organizations- serves as a valuable resource to local professionals for results-driven direct marketing techniques, creative strategies, and educational and networking opportunities.
Michael has a MBA in Marketing Information Technology from the University of British Columbia in Canada.

Tracy Paul
Director of Program ServicesTracy Paul is a talented program manager with over 15 years of experience in both internet marketing and web development. She showcases exceptional knowledge in html, photoshop, css, copywriting and ad design. In the past, Tracy has worked for a catalog company where she led and managed the web design team. In addition to her corporate work history, she has been freelancing since 2004. Tracy is a Board Member for the San Diego Direct Marketing Association, serving as the Job Bank Chair and Web Master.
Tracy is a graduate of San Diego State University with a MSBA in Entrepreneurship. Tracy is also a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing - Magna Cum Laude.
Kristine Olmstead
Product ManagerKristine is an accomplished marketing professional with specialties in product marketing and customer insights. She is known for innovative thinking and passion for customers. She especially loves working with small businesses and non-profits to promote their organizations by integrating social media into their marketing mix.
Kristine is a graduate of Rice University with a MBA in Technology and Marketing. Kristine is also a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics.
April Edwards
Manager, Web and Communication DesignApril Edwards has over 7 years of versatile experience developing projects from dynamic Flash/HTML web sites including design, site structure and functionality to electronic advertising campaigns and print marketing collateral. She is knowledgeable in design fundamentals including interaction, visual design, information architecture, industry UI standards, usability best practices and SEO techniques. She has a passion for "out of the box" thinking and is up on the latest design trends integrating them into creative solutions that drive business growth.
April is a Cleveland Institute of Art graduate with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Illustration and a Minor in Technology Integrated Media Arts.
Christine Veillette
Manager, Web Design/DevelopmentChristine is a creative, self taught web designer/developer with over 13 years of experience in web design and development, in both corporate and freelance environments. Over the last 7 years Christine has worked with multiple companies and individuals worldwide to design, create and produce custom web sites that are effective, visually stunning and user friendly. Christine's expertise includes HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, PHP, and Flash Actionscript. She also has excellent troubleshooting abilities and recently became a certified Typepad Partner for Typepad France.
Christine studied Business Administration at Centennial College in Toronto. She has completed various online courses and training in both visual design and website development.
